Quality Technician

Miejsce pracy: Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Responsibilities:evaluate the quality of products during work-in-progress against specified criteria and standards to ensure that customer requirements are met, in conformance with the department procedures and ISO 9001:2015 Standards,
identify, analyze, and report all defects/non-conformities that are inconsistent with standard requirements and specifications on all stages of production,
perform random sampling in various stages of mixing and packing process to ensure good quality of products prior to shipment,
initiate corrective actions on all detected non-conformities,
ensure that all received raw materials are within the quality standards in cooperation with Warehouse Division,
evaluate and approve raw material components to be used.
assist the QA Supervisor in maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment,
assist the QA & HSSE Manager and QA Supervisor in implementing improvements on inspections and test methods and strategies,
update and maintain all the electronic file and paper file of all Quality Assurance related documentation,
assist the QA Supervisor in conducting visual, sensory, physical and analytical tests for incoming raw materials, packaging materials and promotional items,
identify, analyze, and make a report of any non-conformity detected during incoming quality inspection that are inconsistent with standard requirements and specifications,
assist the QA Supervisor in controlling external documents such as of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) & Product Specification Sheets related to raw materials and packaging materials,
assist the QA Supervisor in maintaining the laboratory equipment & inventory of stocks,
coordinate resolution of quality assurance related concerns/issues/problems to QA Supervisor and QA & HSSE Manager,
work closely with QA Supervisor to plan, schedule, and implement QA Laboratory related activities,
work closely with QA Supervisor to monitor and maintain the quality assurance database,
develop, maintain quality control charts; prepare control limits and detection limits and prepare daily related reports,
assist the QA Supervisor in reviewing and confirming all artworks for new flavors or any adjustments on an existing one,
receive all new samples from suppliers and coordinate with QA Supervisor for analysis or preparation and maintain records.


Requirements:higher diploma in the field of Quality Management or related area,
at least 2 years of working experience in the field of quality,
knowledge of production processes; - knowledge of ISO standards,
familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management,
good knowledge of Excel,
analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations,
knowledge of tools used to analyze and improve quality,
ability to use English freely in a multinational environment,
excellent written and verbal communiacation skills,
keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time,
cultural awareness / valuing diversity, teamwork and cooperation, results orientation, accountability, customer focus,
skills: organizational, interpersonal, time management, computer, verbal and written communication in English.
