Currently, for our Client, a global company in the tobacco industry, we are looking for people for the position of:

HR Specialist (m/f) - hybrid work

Responsibilities:
  • providing administrative support to the HR team,
  • working with the company’s employee system - SuccessFactors and maintaining data accuracy,
  • preparation of presentations and reports for HR team,
  • participating in onboarding of new hires (end to end responsibility),
  • employer branding activities e.g organization of company’s participation in the job fairs,
  • supporting HRBPs in implementation of HR related projects,
  • support with HR related internal communication preparation and cascade,
  • cooperation with other departments and business in coordinating all HR admin related tasks.

Required qualifications:
  • proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • fluency in written and spoken English and Polish,
  • taking responsibility for the dedicated tasks and taking own initiative,
  • planning and organizing skills,
  • strong communication skills,
  • accuracy and attention to details,
  • strong interest in HR and a will to develop within HR area,
  • full time work availability,
  • studies in HR related field would be an asset,
  • experience in Success Factors would be an asset, but not a must.
