HR Specialist (m/f) - hybrid work

Currently, for our Client, a global company in the tobacco industry, we are looking for people for the position of:



HR Specialist (m/f) - hybrid work



Responsibilities:

providing administrative support to the HR team,
working with the company’s employee system - SuccessFactors and maintaining data accuracy,
preparation of presentations and reports for HR team,
participating in onboarding of new hires (end to end responsibility),
employer branding activities e.g organization of company’s participation in the job fairs,
supporting HRBPs in implementation of HR related projects,
support with HR related internal communication preparation and cascade,
cooperation with other departments and business in coordinating all HR admin related tasks.




Required qualifications:

proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
fluency in written and spoken English and Polish,
taking responsibility for the dedicated tasks and taking own initiative,
planning and organizing skills,
strong communication skills,
accuracy and attention to details,
strong interest in HR and a will to develop within HR area,
full time work availability,
studies in HR related field would be an asset,
experience in Success Factors would be an asset, but not a must.
