Currently, for one of our clients: a global technology leader focusing on intelligent infrastructure for decentralised energy systems, automation and digitisation of process and manufacturing industries, as well as intelligent mobility solutions for the road and rail transport industry, we are looking for people to fill the position:

Digital Marketing Specialist (m/k) (hybrid or remote)

Responsibilities:
  • execute advanced marketing automation/email marketing components of marketing campaigns, including scheduling email campaigns, creating HTML emails, and creating emails in the marketing automation platform,
  • edit, optimize, and publish emails, including images, links, and new email best practices to the email marketing platform,
  • regularly run A/B tests, measures, and optimization to generate the highest quality and high volume of inquiries,
  • possessing knowledge of campaign setup and management, form management, segment management, and email campaign reporting. Experience with contact management, lead scoring, app integration, CRM integration (specifically Salesforce.com), and contact level security is a plus,
  • target your adoption program personas (Admin and User) to optimize their customer journey and deliver the right message at the right time,
  • devise, develop, and execute stand-out differentiated digital media campaigns that support prioritized adoption program objectives,
  • use online project management and communication tools like Wrike and Teams while working in an Agile environment,
  • assembles reports to answer specific business questions using data from various sources – Eloqua, Braze, Community, Google Analytics, and others,
  • measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns,
  • create, approve, and manage campaign tracking parameters, specifically UTMs.

Requirements:
  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field,
  • a near-native English level – you will work in an international team and run campaigns towards global audience,
  • the right person has 3+ years of successful experience across B2B digital and outbound marketing,
  • experience with UTMs and funnel optimization,
  • thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices that involve segmentation and nurturing customers,
  • strong understanding of business-to-business marketing tactics, techniques, and strategies,
  • expertise in marketing automation platforms, e.g., Eloqua, Braze, Pardot, Marketo, etc.,
  • basic analytics capabilities familiar with different data collection and measurement techniques,
  • experience with Google Analytics a plus,
  • proficiency with web content management systems (SDL Tridion, Contentful, etc.).
