Sales Director (Animal Nutrition)
Miejsce pracy: Polska

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementation of a strategic business plan and sales strategy in line with divisional vision & mission statement,
  • Analysing competition's activities on market and recommendations the best strategies of develop's way for company in Poland (swine, cattle, poultry sector),
  • Responsible for strategy and sales results (sales budget responsible) on behalf of animal nutrition division,
  • Structured growth of sales in existing and emerging markets,
  • Implementation of sales KPI's & CRM reporting,
  • Operation activities adapting the organisation according to changes in the environment (defining and applying a category - based approach in line with market needs, identifying problems, proposing Clients - specific opportunities for inclusion in brand plans).
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven 10 years' experience in the sales function (sales negotiation, sales, marketing) in animal nutrition sector,
  • Practical experience of creating and implementation sales strategy company in nutrition sector,
  • Master's degree in Zootechnology or similar degree e.g. Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, food technology,
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills,
  • Knowledge about feeding livestock (theory and practice will be additional advantage),
  • Able to traveling up to 80% working time, commercial talent, strong communication and analytical skills, team cooperation, negotiation and sales skills.
