Aktualnie dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy osób na stanowisko:

Project Manager International Recruitment
Miejsce pracy: Norymberga

Tasks:
  • Act as a single point of contact in all international immigration processes,
  • Provide foreign employees and job candidates support in all matters related to immigration and relocation process to Germany,
  • Work closely with foreigners employees (immigration, tax consultants, finance, legal, payroll, relocation) to ensure timely and quality services are provided,
  • Implementation of action/ master plans to achieve best results in recruiting and other stuff by social media, business network, Trenkwalder International Team and others,
  • Provide daily operational support for Trenkwalder's branches and clients regarding foreign employees,
  • Organization of accommodation and transportation of employees,
  • Frequent documentation of candidates in Trenkwalder internal IT system,
  • The Project Manager International Recruiting will be responsible to complete missing documents and information of the candidates.
Qualification:
  • At least Bachelor's degree,
  • Experience in coordination of foreigners employees groups is welcome,
  • Work experience in Recruiting and Active Sourcing (using Social Media) is welcome,
  • Good and proved network regard to: recruiting agencies, educational institutions, employment agencies is welcome,
  • Very strong organizational skills,
  • Fluent knowledge in Polish and German, good English,
  • Service and customer orientated thinking,
  • High communicative competence, high negotiating skills and high cooperation skills,
  • At least basic knowledge concerning labor law, taxes, work permits for foreigners and living conditions in Germany,
  • Readiness to work in flexible working hours.
