Miejsce pracy: Niemcy

Responsibilities:the strategic and operational management of the all logistics activities across the company group,
ensuring that logistics contracts are subject to regular tenders,
reviewing and optimizing distribution network (i.e. location of warehouses),
audit of internal logistics processes (movement of goods within the company's factories and warehouses) and implementation of identified improvements to the company's operation,
engaging with customers and suppliers in order to provide effective solutions across whole length of the supply chain,
driving and delivering measurable improvements to service levels,
balancing between long term strategic focus and short term priorities based on customer needs,
watching market trends, tracking relevant changes in regulations and communicating them to internal stakeholders,
providing communication platform for local logistics and supply chain teams to ensure high level of engagement and group co-operation,
coordinating diverse teams both internally within the company and externally with the customer,
building and maintaining profitable and sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders.


Requirements:good knowledge of managing diverse logistics network within FMCG environment,
knowledge of English and German language (min. C1),
proven experience as logistic manager, preferably working with multi-site production,
good communication and leadership skills,
strategic thinking and decision making,
influencing skills,
stakeholder management and relationship building experience,
commercial awareness alongside strategic mind-seta.
