HR Business Partner

Opis stanowiska:

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers,recruitment - identification of requirements, posting, shortlisting, screening, assessment, selection, employment confirmation, new employee onboarding,
conducting job analysis and creating job description,
compensation & benefits - defining salary and packages, salary review, attendance and payroll, leave settlement, EOS settlement, salary certificates, performance appraisal,
controlling the efficiency of salary system and making decisions aiming to increase the employees' involvement and productivity,
employee Relations - staff requests, grievances, disciplinary procedure, events, visa process, flights and accommodation, insurance and medical, leave and vacations,
supporting management in execution of HR processes such as preparing succession plans and employee trainings,
qualitative support and coordination of employee evaluation,
T&D - employee development, succession planning, in-house and public trainings, competency identification and analysis,
monitoring market trends and creating new solutions supporting business goals.


Wymagania stanowiska: 3 - 4 years in related field, - BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field,
knowledge of English to the extent enabling effective communication,
proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position (FMCG area is a plus),
understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
problem-solving and decision-making attitude,
understanding of HR processes and knowledge how to apply them in practice.
