Dyrektor Oddziału / Senior Department Manager

Miejsce pracy: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Sopot

Are you willing to become a vital part of the green energy transformation? Be amongst the first joining the new installation hub in/around Gdynia and help shaping the culture of a new branch.



As a senior manager your role will be to grow the organization buy hiring employees, shaping the culture and introducing processes and systems to the organization.



The role has a broad scope of topics so if you are a fast learner and you enjoy general management tasks the role might be suitable for you.



Responsibilities:build a new department,
set rules for employment & develop remuneration system,
hire & onboard new colleagues,
ensure qualification of new colleagues,
shape the culture of the new organization,
implement processes in new location and develop new processes: introduce time writing system, set-up payroll processes, set-up billing process,
set-up financial systems,
find and run a new small location around Tricity/Gdynia,
collaborate with stakeholders in PL, SE, DK and DE and secure their support for implementation.


Requirements:you have a broad spectrum of knowledge,
ability to grasp new topics quickly,
project management skills,
structured approach,
some IT affinity, especially implementation of new, yet already existing systems,
ability to introduce/adapt (existing) processes and systems,
technical affinity / background, Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, will,
ability to connect to people and connect to stakeholders in different European countries,
international mindset with proficiency in English.
